The TEAM DRIVER, a crusty old teamster, starts up the bus.

DRIVER (cynical) This dog's gonna give me directions.

MEADOWLARK That's what I said. And I wouldn't say it if I didn't mean it.

Bus starts down the street.

26 INT. BUS

Boomer stands between the Driver and Meadowlark in the front of the bus. Boomer's paws are up and he looks out the big front windows of the Greyhound.

26A CLOSEUP - BOOMER

BARKS twice and looks to the left. He uses paw to point left.

MEADOWLARK (matter-of-factly) Hang a left.

The Driver shakes his head contemptuously and turns left.
